As far as a the DirectTV setup. You need to contact Directv and get a HD Reciever from them, so that you can see the HD Channels. With Directv I dont think they will provide the local HD channels (At least the last I knew), so you might have to get an antenna and hook it into the HD Reciever to get your local high definition channels.
